- Any cancellations made after 00:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

All transfers are carried out by suited, PCO Licensed drivers.
The driver will hold a board (minimum A4) bearing the CityTransfers UK logo.
Airport Arrivals: The driver will wait a maximum of 90mins from the time of the flight actually landing. If delayed due to immigration / luggage for more than 1hr contact must be made with CityTransfers UK

- On your inbound journey, the driver will meet you at the arrivals barrier in the terminal arrival hall, with a "City Transfers UK" board with your name.
- On your inbound journey, should you not be able to locate your driver or are delayed airside, it is your responsibility to call City Transfers UK before making any alternate arrangements.
- If CTUK are not informed of immigration / luggage delays then the driver will wait for 90mins from the time of landing after which time you will have to make your own way and will not receive a refund.
- Our suggested collection times for departure transfers to LTN is 5hrs

Hotel Pickups: You will be collected from your hotel within 30mins of your allocated pickup time. Please be ready to depart at any time within that period.

Restrictions
- Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with City Transfers UK at time of booking.
Additional Notes
- Transfers on the 25th & 26th December and 1st January carry a 50% surcharge
- Should infants/children require a special car seat, this is payable direct to the driver at an additional GBP10
- All infants and children are charged as full fare paying passengers
